Russian girls back then could wear only female's clothes (Russia was Orthodox country).
This is male's clothes.
Also word here is wrong, cause first it lacks K (РуссКий), second - its written in male's form, for a female it should be written as РусскАЯ. If you are learning Russian (bad idea really) you should know first that unlike English in Russian males and females talk differently, so you always should remember that you are female and you should keep in mind sex of other person you are talking about too, otherwise you will fail. Aside from that there is much more complicated stuff (see - "learning Russian is a bad idea").
Besides Russian in useless for anything, you are wasting your time ("learning Russian is a bad idea"). Why don't you learn some language that later can be good for busyness for example.
